1. Sapnay Ltd is the parent company of Sapnay School of Dance.
2. Places on any of the Sapnay School of Dance course(s) are on first come first serve basis.
3. An online or in-studio place is confirmed (subject to availability) once a completed enrolment form and full payment (non-refundable and non-transferrable).
4. Sapnay School of Dance reserves the right to admission and alter class times and days. Sessions cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances will be rearranged over a period of a term. No refunds will be issued as lost time will be made up. Any in-studio classes can be shifted to online teaching during any period of lockdown imposed by the Government and the timetable for these classes can be altered to cater to the online sessions. No refunds will be issued as lost time will be made up.
5. It is the responsibility of the individual Student/Parent/Guardian (of students under the age of 18yrs) to communicate to Sapnay School of Dance of any changes to personal details or any other details.
6. Sapnay School of Dance will not be held responsible for any injury or accident caused whilst performing any dance techniques and or routines during class sessions or rehearsals online or in the studio. Sapnay School of Dance will not be held responsible for any loss of earnings due to injury sustained whilst dancing.
7. Video recording or photographs taken by Sapnay School of Dance during class/rehearsals/productions online or in the studio are copyright of Sapnay Ltd and can be used for any marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing while attending dance lessons.
9. It is essential to maintain good behaviour and prompt arrival for class sessions online or in the studio. Regular late arrivals or bad conduct will result in dismissal from the dance lessons.
10. If a student would like to use Sapnay School of Dance’s Choreography privately, they will need to undergo an audition. The student that maintains Sapnay School of Dance’s standard of performance will be given written permission. However, if further training is required the school will offer one to one’s at a charge to maintain the standard of the School. Failure in complying with this policy or unauthorised use of choreography will result in a penalty of £750 and immediate dismissal from the course.
11. Sapnay School of Dance will hold extra rehearsals for shows/events/productions outside of class hours when theatre productions resume and Sapnay will require the attendance of the students performing to be prompt and regular. A minimum charge will be applied for rehearsal space, costumes, jewellery, hair, and makeup. Sapnay School of Dance will not be held responsible for any skin reaction(s) or any other condition(s) caused by wearing costumes, jewellery, hair and make up for shows/events/productions.
12.Sapnay School of Dance advises that approval from your doctor is obtained before commencing your course.
